Arrival and Setup Times

  • ARRIVAL: Vehicles in the Show N Shine (only) can arrive on Sunday 19 January from 8:00am
    JUDGING: Starting at 11:30am
    PRESENTATIONS: From 2:00pm

    If you are a truck in the Convoy 4 Kids you will arrive with the Convoy.

  • START: BP Station Near the Logic Centre - Murray Valley Highway Lot 1 SC, Barnawartha North VIC 3691
    ARRIVE FROM: 8:00am
    DEPARTING: 9:00am

  • SATURDAY SETUP: From 1:00pm
    SUNDAY SETUP: From 6:00am to 8:00am
    TRADING TIME: 8:00am to 3:00pm
    TAKE DOWN: From 3:00pm
