Country Hope Launches New Pilot Sibling Support Program
Albury Siblings Enjoy a Day of Fun and Strength Building
Over the NSW school holidays Country Hope, along with Youth Services Student Lavina Webb, ran the first pilot program ‘Country Hope Sibling Support Program’. The program is aimed at supporting the siblings of our diagnosed Country Hope children, who very often suffer in silence when their sibling is going through medical treatment.
The children enjoyed a full day of fun and activities from INTENCITY, games and pizza, to learning about their strengths and what makes them special.
Thank you to the children that came along. We loved having you there! A big thanks to Lavina for helping with the program... you did a wonderful job... well Done!
The program was such a success that we are now looking at offering it to the Country Hope siblings in the Wagga, Griffith and again in the Albury areas.
If you would like for your child to attend the program please express your interest by emailing to nikki@countryhope.com.au.
If you are able to help us by funding or donating to the program please contact us to discuss by emailing Nikki Grae email: nikki@countryhope.com.au or calling Mobile: 0417 126 311
